Is your jewelry really waterproof?

Absolutely! All our jewelry is 100% waterproof, sweat-proof, and tarnish-free. Wear them confidently in the shower, at the gym, or on your beach vacation. They are designed for everyday wear and will not turn your skin green.

Will your jewelry turn my skin green?

Absolutely not! That green mark is usually caused by cheap copper or brass turning reacting with your skin. At JUNE ELLE, we use a premium 316L stainless steel base for all our pieces. This means they will absolutely never turn your skin green or cause any discoloration, even if you wear them 24/7.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, absolutely! All of our jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. Because we use high-grade 316L stainless steel (the same material used in surgical instruments), our pieces are perfectly safe and comfortable for even the most sensitive skin.

Will perfumes, lotions, or sunscreens cause the gold to fade?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and whether you’ve ordered a ready-to-ship piece or a unique customized creation. Generally, most orders arrive at your doorstep within 5-15 business days once they have been shipped.

When will my order ship?

We can’t wait for you to enjoy your new pieces! Rest assured, we’ll get your order ready as quickly as possible:

  • Customized Jewelry: Each piece is handcrafted just for you, usually taking 3–5 business days before it’s ready to ship.
  • Standard Items: Typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

My tracking says 'delivered' but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

We know how frustrating this can be! Sometimes, carriers mark a package as "delivered" up to 24-48 hours before it actually arrives. Here’s what we recommend doing first:

  1. Wait 24 Hours: In many cases, the package will show up the next business day.
  2. Check Your Surroundings: Look around your porch, back door, or with your neighbors/concierge. Carriers often hide packages in discreet spots to prevent theft.
  3. Verify Your Address: Double-check your order confirmation to ensure the shipping address was 100% correct.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! You can update your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

If you need to make a correction, please email us at support@juneelle.com immediately with your Order Number and the Correct Address.

Once your order is Shipped: 
Because our jewelry travels through international carriers and customs, the shipping label is locked once it enters the system. We are unable to modify the delivery address from our end once the package is in transit. 

What if it’s already on its way? 
Once the package arrives in your country and is handed over to your local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL), you can try contacting them directly to request a "Package Intercept" or "Delivery Reroute." 

Please note that carriers may charge an additional fee for this service, and it is not always guaranteed.

We want you to love your JUNE ELLE pieces! Our return policy varies depending on the type of item you purchased:

  • Standard (Non-Custom) Items: We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items. The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.
  • Customized/Personalized Items: Because these pieces are handcrafted uniquely for you, all custom sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized jewelry unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note that while we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange for store credit, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Make sure to provide a tracking number for the return so we can verify it safely arrives back to us.

The shipping cost depends on the courier you choose (local post office, DHL, FedEx, etc.) based on your preference and budget. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Please remember that all customized or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re really sorry your item arrived damaged or defective. We understand how disappointing this must be, and we want to make it right immediately. Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damaged item and the original packaging.

What is your Lifetime Color Warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our PVD-coated finish. Our Lifetime Color Warranty ensures your jewelry keeps its golden glow and resists fading, tarnishing, or discoloration under normal wear. If your piece loses its original gold color due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it for life—our promise of lasting brilliance.

What does the 2-Year Quality Warranty cover?

Beyond the color, we guarantee the craftsmanship of every piece. Our 2-Year Quality Warranty covers any functional manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Broken clasps or jump rings.
  • Snapped chains (without signs of forceful pulling).
  • Loose or fallen stones/crystals.

Within 2 years of your purchase, if any of these issues occur, we will provide a one-time free replacement to ensure your JUNE ELLE collection stays perfect.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

While we promise your jewelry is made to last, there are a few things our warranty can’t cover:

  • Everyday Wear & Tear: Minor scratches, small dents, or the natural softening of shine over time.
  • Accidents Happen: Broken chains or pieces caused by pulling, dropping, or other mishaps.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Sadly, we can’t replace items that are no longer in your possession.
