SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

  • JUNE ELLE is not responsible for lost packages or address errors after the order leaves our facility.

  • Claims for lost or incorrect items must be filed within seven (lost) or three (incorrect/missing) business days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–7 days after approval and will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Purchases cannot be refunded to a different payment method.

  • Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable.

  • Promotional discounts will be considered when processing refunds.

  • Only one free gift or bracelet is allowed per qualifying order.


SECTION 8 – WARRANTY CLAIMS

JUNE ELLE reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet our warranty criteria. This includes items not purchased from our official store, silver tarnishing, pearl discoloration, lost/damaged jewelry, improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
