Our Warranty Promise

From the day you receive your order, your JUNE ELLE jewelry is protected for two full years against manufacturing defects or issues related to craftsmanship. If your piece encounters a problem covered under this policy, we’ll make it right with a replacement.

What’s Covered

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, small dents, minor color changes)

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care (harsh chemicals, extreme impact, unauthorized alterations)

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Items purchased outside JUNE ELLE or modified by third parties

How to Claim Your Warranty

Email us at support@juneelle.com with:

  • Your order number and purchase date

  • Clear photos or video of the affected item

  • A brief description of the issue

After review:

  • If the style is in stock, we’ll send a free replacement.

  • If sold out or discontinued, we’ll replace it with another product of equal value.

Tip: Keep the damaged product until your claim is resolved, as it may be needed for quality assessment.

Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from JUNE ELLE.

  • Items altered, repaired, or purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered.

  • Waterproof technology protects against everyday exposure, but avoid extreme chemicals (bleach, chlorine tablets, steam cleaning) to maximize longevity.
