  • All orders are processed promptly, though a short handling time is required before dispatch. Non-custom jewelry is typically ready within 1–3 business days, while customized pieces take 3–5 business days to craft.
  • Deliveries to remote locations may take longer, sometimes up to 4–6 weeks.
  • We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays once your package leaves our facility.
  • Express shipping is not available at this time.
