30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Exchanges

We’re sorry that we’re unable to offer exchanges at the moment. The quickest way to receive the item you’d like is to return your current order; once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired piece.

Return Conditions

Item must be unworn and unused
Tags and protective films must remain intact
Original packaging must be included (including any free gifts)
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Only non-custom items are eligible for returns (customized or personalized pieces are final sale).

Personalized Items (Final Sale)

All personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return. This includes:

Name necklaces
Engraved items
Pet portrait pendants
Items customized with letters, birthstones, or charms

Exception: If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made, we will replace it free of charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility if the item is returned for reasons other than a quality defect. To process your return, a valid tracking number is required.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund posting.
Discounts used in the original order are not refundable.
