  • United States: 6 - 12 business days
  • Australia: 5 - 10 business days
  • Canada: 8 - 15 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Important Notes: 

  • Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
  • Shipping timelines indicated below do not include processing times for your order.
  • For custom jewelry, as they are specially made just for you, these bespoke pieces take a little longer to create. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • For non-custom jewelry, please expect an additional 1–3 days of warehouse processing time to be added to your estimated delivery time.
  • Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience longer delays. When delayed, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a successful delivery. 
  • We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
  • We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Order & Shipping Process:
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order. Typically, once we receive your order, we’ll begin processing it immediately. Please note, there may be fulfillment delays due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as your order is on its way it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination and order delays. We'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.
